RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
 
Customers have 7 days from date of purchase to make an exchange or return for a non-customized product. The product has to be in the same condition as it was received. If the product has arrived damaged or defective upon delivery, the customer will be required to mail back the product to our facility as well as submit photographic documentation of the defect or damage.
