Service Description

We will reset your software to clean everything out. Please make sure important files are back up.


Cancellation Policy

***EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, INFUSED TECH IS NOW A CASHLESS COMPANY*** We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Apply Pay, Google Pay, and CashApp Please be sure to make sure that you book the appointment for the correct phone or device. Prices will be adjusted to correct phone prices if the appointment was booked for the wrong phone or device. No-Shows: In the event of a no show you will be charged the cancellation fee of $40 (Dispatch fee). We charge this amount for no shows due for the Technicians Time/ Mileage. Also if you decide to reschedule within 2 hours of the appointment, then you will be charged $40. (Dispatch Fee). Reschedule: In the event of a reschedule you will have 14 days from the first original repair date to not be charged the $40 (Dispatch Fee), if you reschedule past 14 days you will be refunded your total amount Minus the $40 (Dispatch fee) and then you will have to reschedule the repair again. NOTE: We will not minus the $40 (Dispatch Fee) off the total if you reschedule past 14 days of the original repair scheduled. Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation we will give you "2 hour cancellation notice." If you cancel 2 hours before your original repair scheduled WE WILL NOT charge a $40 (Dispatch fee). We do this to protect the Technicians time. 2 hours is enough notice for the Technician to not start on a route. Some of our techs drive an hour one way so 2 hours is a big enough notice. Cancellations Custom Ordered Part: In the event of a cancellation and we had ordered custom/special parts for your service dispatch. You will be refunded your total amount Minus a $40 (Re-Stock Fee) * NOTE WE CHARGE THIS TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND PACKAGING TO SEND BACK YOUR CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDRED PARTS TO OUR VENDOR In the event of a cancellation. *NOTE we will still charge this $40 (Re-Stock Fee) on custom ordered parts EVEN if you cancel your repair before the "2 Hour Cancellation Notice". Please Understand we enforce these polices to protect the Technicians Time and prevent chargebacks. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
