Shipping Policy
We will ship items within 2 business days. Depending on what shipping method you select will determine how fast you will receive your product. If we aren’t able to ship within the specified time, then we will reach out to our customers to notify them.
Return & Exchange Policy
For all non custom orders, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item. Each item will need to be in the same condition that it was received. Proof of damage may need to be provided for return approval.
If the product that you ordered is custom then the order will be final sale. If Infused Tech makes a mistake on our end, then we will be more than happy to fix the problem to make sure that you receive what you paid for. We ask that all customers double check any custom orders before clicking submit as mistakes will not be honored until payment is paid for corrections. If you catch the mistake before production of the item has been made, then Infused Tech has no problem in fixing the correction.
